MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE

FULL-DAY MEDIATION

$10,000 for a single plaintiff matter, and $13,000 for a class, PAGA, collective, and multi-plaintiff case. This includes up to two hours of
preparation time, up to eight hours of mediation time, and administration costs. Fees for additional time will be charged at $1000 per hour. Fees for “unused” time will not be refunded.

HALF-DAY MEDIATION

$6,000 for a two-party half day mediation, this includes one hour of preparation and up to 5 hours of mediation time.

SCHEDULING POLICIES

Please do not reserve a mediation date unless you are sure that you will go forward. Counsel, not their clients, contract for the mediator’s services and are responsible for paying all fees. Please note:

• Mediation fees are due in full upon booking and must be received no later than 30 days before mediation. We reserve the right to take matters off calendar if fees are not paid timely.
• Fees include a non-refundable administrative fee of $500 per separately represented party. In the event of cancellation or continuance, this fee will not be refunded.
• Cancellations or continuances 30 days or less prior to mediation will result in forfeiture of the entire mediation fee unless we can fill the date with another matter.
